| Q | How does the CSC system comply with Revised Article 9? |
|---|
| A | Compliance with Revised Article 9 means the difference between a filing's acceptance and rejection, so the CSC system is built to be fully compliant with the requirements of RA9 to help ensure that filings are successfully submitted. Here are some of the features that CSC provides to make it easy to stay compliant with RA9 rules. - Use of the National Standard Form for UCC1s and UCC3s
- Link to online corporate records to verify accuracy of name and organizational ID

|---|
| A | CSC is in constant contact with jurisdictions regarding technological changes as well as changes to statutory fees and filing requirements. | A | Yes. CSC offers e-filing in all available jurisdictions - more than any other service provider. | Q | How can CSC help me keep track of my borrowers? |
|---|
| A | CSC offers two ways to keep track of a borrower's activities:
Debtor Tracking provides notification to clients when any new UCCs are filed on a debtor or if a filing is terminated without their knowledge so they can respond to protect their financial interest.
Corporate Tracking provides notification to clients when there is a change to the corporate record of one of their debtors. RA9 requires that the correct legal name be used to perfect a Secured Party's UCC filing. If the debtor name is changed, and it is not amended on a UCC filing within four months, a secured lender's lien position is in serious jeopardy. CSC can automatically track and notify clients of this critical information, and any other corporate record changes, such as address change or change in standing. |
| Q | Does CSC archive my complete order history? How can this help me prepare for an audit? |
|---|
| A | Yes. CSC provides a complete digital archive and audit trail in its Document Center of all activity performed through, or imported into the system. Once CSC imports all of the information that the client wants to track, the client can access all orders, with images, at any time. Queries can be run on virtually any information field (or combinations of fields) that exists in the database such as debtor name, filing number, filing date, expiration date, jurisdiction, etc. |
| Q | Can the CSC Web Solution directly interface with my company's front-end loan system? |
|---|
| A | Yes. CSC currently has interfaces with many leading front-end loan preparation systems. It also works directly with many of its clients to create custom integration between its services and its clients' current loan/lease systems. These two options allow clients to create filings automatically from their system without having to retype filing information. |
| Q | What differentiates CSC from its competitors? |
